I'm going to Hijack My own thread here and Make this a "Progress thread"

So what I've done so far is Replace the Hub/Wheel Speed Sensor Because the WSS wire Snaped off Clean inside, We then found that the Old HUB was compleatley seized and appears to have been so for a while, So I wonder how long thats been holding my car back...

Next on the list was a simple appearance Mod, which was the install of my Polished Aluminum F body Valve covers...

Next I installed My New INTENSE 3" FWI
I already Had a Single washer bottle installed from last year for this project but the tubing I had then just wasn't the most ideal for the project..
I got to really awesome clamp/holders from my uncle for my Filter and evap canister

Then I mounted the evap canister using the same style holder (larger 5" dia one)
and a 3" extention of the wires to the can..

I still have to make a new pipe for the filter end of the FWI to make room to install the IAT sensor, but that shouldn't be too long now..

Also I started my hood vent project after I devised a way to get the affect I want when I install them...
I made up a Two part template to make recessed mount'*

Hood vents don't require repainting the whole hood, and lose that OEM mesh in them. The gutter-guard looks SO much nicer.

Hood has to be repainted one way or the other,

the original paint thats underneath was 'checking' when I did the paint job before, I thought that sanding it and puting a high build primer would fix it, but it came back.... twice!

and the way I'm doing te vents I will have to do a repaint, thats why I dont think anybody else will be doing it this way

He has to repaint the hood anyway if he wants to recess the vents.

You can be like me and John.

If the SLE doesn't sell, I may just install my spare set in that.

I like the recessed vent plans, might have to try that...I have a spare hood anyway.

Nice work. Look'n good and can't wait to see the rest of you plans come to life!
