The original topic when I posted this last year. I was saying that I see a lot of things put on the Grand Prix'* that the Bonneville didn't have for it to be the top of the line pontiac. I wasn't speaking of GM flagships as a whole. I was just stating optoinak equipment that the Grand Prix had and the Bonnevilles didn't have yet like Dual climate control. That started in 97 with the grand prix'* redesign. THe Bonneville had a little tweaking in 96 but still didn't offer dual climate control until the 2000 model'*. Of coarse they now carry the series III motor (guinea pig) had a dual exhaust option on the 88 SE sport package. SSE'* didn't come out with dual exhaust until 92 with the SSE/SSEi package. You all get me so far?

I think for somethign like the bonneville they like to wait for model changes. Unless it'* just a silly thing they need to change anyways (like the 92 version of ECC)
