I got pulled over today

I got a ticket, and then i got a "son that decal (my pontiac logo sticker in the rear window) is illegal, did you know that? Also, that ornament (my wife'* garter, hanging from the rear view mirror) is illegal. You also have that item on your windshield (my radar detector, which this will teach me for having the damn thing off), which is also illegal...

damn and my insurance was starting to go down

That'* horrible. If it doesn't really block your view, then it shouldn't matter. Cops are such jerks. They should be fighting crime and not picking on little piddly things.

How on earth is a garter hanging from a rear view mirror illegal? As cool as it is to have a garter hangin there, is it also illegal in Wisconsin to have an air freshner or fuzzy dices hanging from the rear view mirror?

technically, nothing is supposed to be hanging from your mirror. As for the window sticker(its in your rear window?) I don't think it should matter if you have two side view mirrors cuz here in MA (i dunno about WI) you can have the tint as dark as you want as long as you have two side mirrors.
That sux about your troopers there. I have been busted alot for speeding and i never get **** about my window tint or, on my older car, my stickers.

I was pulled over once in my wife'* car... he bi***ed at me for having the Month and year stickers on the rear plate reveresed, apparently one has to be on the left, and one has to be on the right =P

I am not all innocent I must admit either... my first ticket, when I was 16... was 440 US dollars... for going 82 in a 35 in my 93 Corolla... I wasn't racing, I just felt like going really freakin fast for a minute.

they should make it illegal to have your lights on arround the time the sun comes up becaues if your windshield fas a little moisture on ti you cant see at all

but if you are driving and your windshield gets fogged when driving and a cop sees it happen they will pull you and get you for wreck less driving

Radar Detectors arent illeagal... if they were they couldnt sell them in storesalways have a tissue box handy and slide radar detector in there
