Then your gonna need a decent scanner, then a photo suite program to adjust/alter the pics, then a CD Writer or a floppy disc to put them on!

I don't think so all I have is a monitor, a cpu with a cd/dvd rom burner and thats it. Not even a printer yet. I can burn cd'* though. Do I have a chance with a blank cd?

Without that scanner, you screwed! See if you can get a buddy to scan them on a floppy for you first, then you can do want you want with them afterwards!
