I Got a great Christmas gift
So, I got a Christmas gift from grandma.
I could be in the market for a new Bonnie..any year SSEi.
I really like mine because I know the bugs (whick aren't many) they are:
1. rust along the roof above windshield ( moisture gets in from a good rain.)
2. occasional steam from radiator (not much and not often)
3. I get about 3 quarter sized drips of oil on the ground every morning)
No other rust or dents.
New front clip last year (hood, quarter panel, bumber skin, headlight, grille.)
It runs great.
clean interior. All the bells and whistles.
Do I fix mine or get a new one?

Id just fix the things that are wrong with yours. buying a different one means you could end up with more problems, problems you dont know about. thats just me

If yours runs well and is clean and in good shape, I'd fix what you need to to make it "feel good", then save the rest for future mods, or repairs, or a future car. My opinion.

The steam from the radiator is probably a pinhole leak from a rock-hit, and the oil is probably just a small leak from the pan.

Thanks for the input. I was leaning the way of keeping and fixing what I have. The "cheddar" is there. Might as well fix what I have.It will be cheaper than a new one.
