On the L27 Logan, take off the engine cover and you'll see it right where the engine cover mounts in the middle, You twist off that black cap there with the vent holes, and pull it out. Reuse all the o rings and such, unless they're shot, then get new ones.

Black paint for your rims would be a nice tuneup IMO j/k...
