After washing the front of the wheels, I found it most effective to take a t-shirt and go into each space with wrapped on my finger

it took so long, but it got rid of almost all of the dust
Yeah, that'* basically what I do, only I don't use a t-shirt. I just use my finger. Works great though it does take a couple of minutes.

Yeah once the dust if off they aren't bad to keep clean, there'* just other crap on mine that are caked on or whatever. Wish it wasn't...
