What is going to keep them from pre-selecting a car they would like to work on(say a 1999 crown vic)... waiting untill someone with that same car enters(in this case someone with a 99 Crown Vic)... and then just select them??

I'd rather be there and watch what they do at all times. I wouldn't want a stranger to "do whatever they want" with my car, unless I got a nice unlimited warranty.
