Yesterday I was getting 28-30 MPG going 50mpg in the GXP which was nice. I think I was getting a pretty good tail wind though.

Northstar V8'* get incredible highway gas mileage. 30mpg is very common (in my car) even with 3.71 gearing.

Let'* keep this on topic folks. Keep the funny banter to the Lounge. Also keep the roller coaster and Cedar Point comments there as well.

Spanks.

40mpg once freakisly in the bonne, smellbird had it too on the same trip/leg.

I was getting 25 MAX on highway though recently with my 3 year/45k mile o2 before trade in. I sure don't miss that part of it...

29 MPG sound really good for an L27, my sister hasn't done better than 24 in her '92, but with 190k miles on the clock and the way she drives that'* doing pretty good I think.

40 MPG wasn't all that rare on the highway in my '99 SE. Got even better than that with the help of a CB and friendly truckers

I seem to get better MPG in the SSEi than my SE. I have no idea why and its strange. I can get up to 30 MPG and mayby more in the 96. IN the 93 the best I can do is 24, and yes thats with a light foot.
