Why??? 200k really is not that many miles for these cars. Our SSEi has 130k on it and runs and drives like brand new. Its gotta be good for at least 4-500k miles. I worked on a '01 Suburban w/250k miles on it about 6 months ago, and that thing was in pretty good shape. Its probably got close to 300k on it now. There is a '95 Grand Am we work on frequently in my auto tech class that has 360k on it last time we worked on it, it has the orginal engine and tranny still.
