Default hid?

i have hids in my 03 bonneville i disabled the daytime running lights but how do i disable the night time running lights cause they come on when the key is turned on so when i start it there on and they dim from starting any ideas

2000-2005 Pontiac Bonneville Remove relay #30 in the fuse panel under the hood. For the high beams to work correctly a jumper wire should be ran from 87a to 30 where the relay would normally be. If this isn't done the driver'* side high beam will not operate.

Thanks!!!!!! so now when i do that i can turn on my head lights instead of them coming on at night automatically when i start the car?

Yes, the only time they'll come on like that is when you turn them on yourself.

INCORRECT!

I have that relay removed from my 2002, and the low beams still come on when the key is turned. I also have HIDs, but they heat up pretty fast so it'* a non-issue.

You'll have to short the daylight sensor. That'* also a pain in the *** to do.

Also, by reading your sig, might I suggest going to lower color temps for your bulbs? 10k bulbs are fairly ineffective as a light source, and seriously hurts oncoming drivers eyes even if your bulbs are aimed correctly.

i went for the blue look and i love the look and there bright as hell and im not changing them sorry and i have the daytime running light main fuse pulled so how or why would i short that out to make it work manually
