How healthy does this look, I'm just curious if i need to fix anything else. I think this is pobably the original (came out after half can of wd40 and i got a 2ft breaker bar) I am at 78000mi.

Rule of thumb...if you don't know when the O2 was last changed, do it.

Besides, your done the hard part already anyway...

I just went for like a 20 mi drive according to the DIC I went from 14.9 avg mpg to 21.6 avg mpg 40/60 city/highway

I only ask because I dont know what signs to check for possible problems on the o2sensor you pull out.

It'* probably the original. Change it.
Mine looked nicer than that when I last changed it.
You are getting the same mileage I am getting now. Without mods, I used to ave 17/28

4th gear is shot when it'* rebuilt the milage issue should be cured I hope
And proly should ad it to my sig when I did the sensor I FINALLYi gutted my aibox(Ilove power tools)

Edit: I did replace wit new a/c delco

Other than that it has been several years since it'* been new, it looks pretty normal. It was time for replacement. Good choice on which one.
