Very cool, i like the "Brake Rating....Very Good"lol.

But that seems a little slow for an SSEi, dont it?

I noticed the final drive on that one is 2.97:1. Mine is 3.09:1.

In the test conditions section, air temp was 90 degrees with 80% hum. A cooler track and lower humidity the Bonnie could have went into the mid 15s. Also I'll bet that car was the press test mule. Everyone drove it and drove it...

I agree with you. I ran a 16.8 @ 83 with a crappy fuel pump and under 1/2 throttle 90% of the track. I have a few test drive articles for the 1992 Bonneville SSEi, 1993 Bonneville SLE, 1992 Park Avenue Ultra, 1993 Park Avenue Ultra, and the 1996 Bonneville SE SC. The 1992-1993 L67'* were in the 8.2-8.5 second range for 0-60. The L36 Bonneville SLE'* were only like .1-.2 slower. I'll see if I can get these articles scanned so we can have tech info pages with these articles like other car sites have, as it would quell alot of BS stories, and help those of us who are modding to get a base-line to start from.

I remember that article because it has the worst testing conditions ever. I can't beleive they were that dumb. Hell they probably had the A/C on as well.
