Default Help With Unknown Part

My memory really sucks, but I believe I found this part on the floorboard of my car about a year ago, wedged in-between the passenger seat & door... I just found it under a pile of stuff in my garage this afternoon. Here'* the kicker, I can't remember which car I found it in-- my 98 Camaro or my 07 Cadillac XLR. I'm leaning toward the Camaro. Also, I'm guessing it 'may' be a cover that snaps over the base section near the floor, to the seatbelt?

I just need confirmation of what part it is and which car it belongs to. In one of my included photos, there is a number imprinted in the plastic, along with, which I believe are dated dials. Here'* what they say, in case they are hard to see/read. I assumed the number was a part number, but when I googled it, nothing came up.

*The number is: 105091380
*Beneath it is: >TPE<
* Beneath that is: CAV2
* 1st Dial: the arrow is pointing to 10. On the left side of the arrow, is the number 1 and to the right side of the arrow, is the number 3
* 2nd Dial: the arrow is pointing to 11. The letter 'K' is on the right side of the arrow
* 3rd Dial: an arrow pointing to nothing and the letter 'C' is on the right side of the arrow
* 4th Dial: the arrow is pointing to the letter 'A'

Thanks in advance for your help!

Strange that part #105091380 does not come up on the web at all.
Part almost looks like a windshield visor.
Might be worth a call to the dealer, and see if it is in their system .

Yeah, I found that pretty strange myself! It does kinda look like a visor, but the size is pretty deceiving in this picture... It'* about 1/3 the size of a visor. I think I'll take your advice and call the dealership. Thanks!

The part almost looks like an access panel of sorts, perhaps a passenger kicked it loose. Did you look under the passenger side of the dash for something missing? could be anything, maybe even a fuse panel cover?
