well in my intake post i mentioned i was goonna go to some truck forums...i did just that and i ended up at a diesel forum.....one of the guys who replied to my post there also has a Bonneville....its a 1981 with a 350 diesel in it! thats a new one on me for sure. i think im gonna try and get him on here just for kicks.

That IS interesting. Other than Mercedes I had never heard of a diesel in a car (at least not a recent one).

VW'* the only manufacturer to currently offer diesels in their passenger cars... Jetta, Golf, Beetle, blah blah blah

1.9L turbo, 100hp and 177lb-ft at 1800rpm
