Maybe consider doing the high beam bulb in the low beam socket mod. Do a search to find the details of it, but if you're looking for a brighter light (probably yellower than silverstars would be) this could have some merit. First of all you need to figure out why they're so dim though.

i think hes having other problem then just not being bright...

cuz if you read the first post he stated the yellow bulbs where bright then the 100Watt ones..

Somethings wrong there.. :?

And putting the high beam in the Low is not a good idea, you will blind on coming drivers because there is no cover over the end of the bulb like the low beams.

The cover'* not on the bulb, it'* in the housing. And I've been running the High Beam swap for a long time, maybe a year (whenever it was first posted here). Not a complaint yet, not even from The Twin Cities finest.

But I do agree he may have other issues than the bulbs. Maybe the headlight housing is fogged up??

There is no cover on the low beams, Just a color out on the tip of the bulb itself, and yes the headlights have moisture inside both sides! o.k. to clear things up for you guys ill try to eplain a little better for yall....

when i had the stock bulbs in i could see about 3 to 4 feet ahaid and they were not very bright. When i put the 100W clear White bulbs in i bought from E-Bay it was worse aspesially in the rain and the snow, im trying to find a bulb that will shine ALot farther than 4 feet ahaid and that is Alot brighter. i hope this explanation is a bit better for you all.
