hard shifting trans
I have an 01 SSei with approx 80k on it. In the last 10k miles or so the trans has started shifting hard when it gets warm. I have read that it could be going into "Lope" mode because it is getting warm. I have changed the filter and fluid but still have the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?

does it seem like it just jams itself into gear? cas mine has started to do the same and now it seems like my trany gears are missing a few teeth or something because it shifts so hard and it feels like it skips when it shifts
