Default Had a annoying click when driving

Started the other day. Kept hearing this click. Thought I picked up a stone. Walking out of UPS after shipping some engine parts and I find this.

That'* what I was expecting to find when my hub went out. I even pried all the little rocks and things out of the tire.

What did you use for the repair?
