Default Guess i'm getting the Villian back...

It appears as if i will be re-joining the club after a mere week of being pontiac-less. The girl i sold it to had it looked at and was reported to that the car was undrivable. The radiator is rotted and leaking, the headgaskets are leaking, my 1000 mile rebuilt transmission is slipping, the passenger side axle needs to be replaced. Obviously none of these are true statements, except maybe the axle that could have a rip i didnt know about. But she'* freaked out now so i get my baby back and i'm back out 700 dollars. Oh well live and learn.

Sold as is......No warranty.......What are you supposed to do?

Actually now that I think about it, there is some sort of "30 day" rule or somthing like that isn't there?

Only app;ies to licensed dealers. Trust me, I bought a major lemon once, and the Lawyer whose house I was tiling explained it to me.

That'* MN anyways. Different pllaces may vary...

I know MA has a "lemon law" within a certain time period. I think it varies state to state.

Does it apply to private sales? Most likely just from licensed dealers.

Well more bad news, i got the car back and it'* running like ****. There'* a terrible miss in it. I checked the plug wire order, a few were wrong (all of a sudden) but that didn't fix it. Then i checked all my plugs and re-gapped them at .045. Then i replaced the coil with a knows good unit (magnavox) and that didn't do it. I fear i have lost an exhaust valve in it, i'm going to run a compression test on it either tonight or tomorrow and we'll see. If the motor is gone i will be getting my money back from the lady. I wouldn't have a problem taking it back if it wern't for that.
