It would almost appear with GXP that they were trying to create a resemblance to the NASCAR spoiler. At least that was my first impression of it.

The GXP one is a little sleeker and 3 piece. The SSEI one is one peice and looks kinda funny when you open the trunk. It makes it have "arms" that stick out both sides.

that is about right the GXP one is almost like the 95 monte carlos rear spoiler
