It doesnt work 
the thing wont even turn on! i have emailed them about it but i think im just screwed, anyone know where i can find and actron cp9110 for under 100 bux besides ebay?

it has a cigarette lighter plug and its getting power, it will make a high pitched wining sound and slowly fade out the display doesnt work at all along with everything else

its used but appears to be in good condition. the company says they will give me my money back for it. but i cant find another one for a reasonable price right now, any help would be greatly appriciated

yes i did i have also tried anthoer cartridge for a different make, none of this worked i have tried everything in the trouble shooting section of the manual

ive tried all of the auto parts stores in town, the cheapest was 200, direct from the manufacterer is 145, there is another one on ebay form a different company and the highest bid is 90
