I just traded my brother my xbox with 3 controllers and about 8 games for a ported gen 3 supercharger along with a ported throttle body. i thought it was a good trade.

man i cant wait to throw that baby on. Im gunna save a bunch of money though and port the heads, valvesprings, rockers and retainers, lightweight pushrods, 160 stat, idk which pulley yet, downpipe with cutout, and a little bit more.

Hopefully i wont blow my tranny as fast as he did though.

yep. i plan to do alot to it though and those are some of the main items. I have to screw with gas and some electrical to make it fit but it shouldnt be to much. I built an 11 sec regal with my brother so we both are going to work on it over the summer and i should be able to almost keep up with him depending on what kind of gears he has done to his race tranny by then.

There'* a hell of a lot more to it than that. Are you swapping cylinder heads, or using a modified LIM? Who'* doing it? Do you have a tranny fund started already? What pulley are you starting with? What PCM? Do you have the new harmonic balancer and idlers yet? Accessory bracket?

Alot depends on which way you go, but I can tell you that you still have hundreds to spend either way.
