Not really 85 includes every step including their claybar. You can skip the swirl remover too. I just got everything because it also came with extra applicators I'm very happy that this is my 1st car with almost perfect finish, no swirl marks at all. Very happy about that. Got the swirl remover cause my parents and girlfriend might use it some times and they got some swirls, (older cars).

Just watched weather channel and no rain all week baby, Going to start the zaino steps tomarrow. Since I got the week off, maybe I'll throw a coat on a day, 2 the first. with 5-6 coats, that baby better be sparkling, comb my hair in the paint.
Going to the track Wed. Night this week And my SSEi is going to be SPARKLING.
Definitly have some pics up by next week of me at the track all nice and Zaino'ed

From what I read is that Zaino is suposed to bead up better than wax and far outlast any carnuba product. If used like twice a year (for the slackers) it will still bead up all year long. "
But the more you wash your car the less it will bead each time. If you wash your car often I would wax it about evey 3-4 months or so, and use the quick detailing spray in between. But this is my favorite product I came across, mostly used it in shows.

Nice pics there. Looks like a Zaino type of finish. Very Mirror like. Darker colors are best for these types of finishes. My Silver car will just have to deal with it.

Well All I have to say about Zaino is WOW. Detailing day went good. First washed car with Dawn, than Clay bar'ed it, first time for clay and let me tell you that that stuff works great. Gets rid on any little stubern spots. Than re-wash with the Zaino soap, First layer polish was Z-5 (swirl remover) than wipe down, layer of zainos quick detail z6, then add Z-2 polish, and wipe down and finally z-6 spray again.

WELL WORTH IT!!! It turned my paint into a mirror! First pic of me on the board will be me taking a picture of myself in the paint! They say with each layer of z-2 afterwards gets deeper and more mirror like. Two more coats going on tomarrow.

Just need to find something cool to have in the reflection to make a nice photo. See what I can wip up. Maybe some Tuff musclecar at the track, reflecting of my paint.

The application Of zaino polish was a little different than any wax or polish I've used before. Pretty thin liquid, Little bit goes long way, don't need to gob it on there, just looking for a very thin layers , chemical adhesion is what it'* all about. What'* also nice about it is that it dosen't leave any kind of residue on black trim, windows or cracks. The only thing that made it tough to work with was the fact that I could BARELY see it on the paint. Didn't really haze up either, just streaked on and wiped off with a mirror like shine. A OK by me.

Think I might be a life time Zanio'er now. Recomend to all. I hear that if you have some major finish scratches it WILL make them jump right out, so an abressive might need to be in there too. This stuff will show any little imprefections that you might have. Another thing I noticed was that the metal flake in the paint is much more noticable now and brighter.

Can you tell I liked it? Might have 6-8 coats of the stuff on before the weekend is over.

You can do that with any combo of products, just to let ya know, Zaino just makes it easy, and lines it up for ya. Don't make me post some pics of my mirror finish...

Glad you like the stuff! Can't wait for the pics! So if you put on 6 coats of it, how much of the spray will you have left? Does it go a long way like the polish?

I'm sure theres other product that will creat the same type of finish, I just chose Zaino because it comes higly recomended by the detail pros.

I'll let you know how much spray and polish I'll have left after 6-8 coats, So far I could do my whole car in under 1-oz of Zanio, measured it out to add the ZFX to it, an additve that makes it set-up much faster, ideal for multiple coats. If just doing one, won't add it. The spray went really far too, WAY further than Meguires Quick Detail, way farther.

I just figure what ever polish I picked, IObetter getr a nice thick layer for what I can feel to be a BAD WINTER in Chicago. I hadn't put any thing on my SSEi yet in the 3-4 months I've had it, I had them detail it and wax it to help sign the deal before/when I bought it. Now it will be winterized.
