Default Punto Cabrio - GM fuel pressure regulator

Hi
I own a Punto Cabrio 1.6, it'* a FIAT engine/fuel system by GM.

It has a fuel pressure regulator, Car won't start immediately. sometimes it does.

Here'* a video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch...

Fuel pressure regulator looks like this:

I've replaced that part off a '96 Chevrolet Cavalier.

I couldn't notice fuel leaks. how could I check if the part is worn?
Car runs ok though, no idle problems or turn offs.

How can I check if the regulator is 2.5 or 3bar?
Is there a GM style regulator that I could buy on ebay with a pressure gauge like the universal ones so it would fit?

Thanks
