This is one of the older ones. It may have been uploaded form the CD ROM set, probably 2002GMSI. I have the 2004 set loaded on my son'* PC locally.

Awesome link! I went onto AllData and picked out which TSBs I wanted to print out, and then headed to that website to get the full document and print 'em. Awesome, nice find
