Hmm I registered a while back and forgot about that place. I just checked my account for what work was reported on my car. It didn't show everything was was done to my car :? It'* missing the control arms and valve cover gaskets that were replaced. But to my suprise it shows the steering gear. That was replaced before I opened the account.
I had to call them about that too.

I had the same problem. If you are getting the error that says "Your VIN is valid but not on file" and you purchased your vehicle used Call Pontiac @ 1-800-762-2737 or Buick 18004ABUICK tell them you are having a problem with the owners center. It will only take about 10 minutes. The most likely problem is that it is still associated with the previous owner or it was never released in their system. I had to do it to my Lacrosse. It only took 10 minutes. They fixed it and it works fine. Its well worth it. I had to call GM twice, they are very friendly and willing to help you. They are much better than my experiences with Ford.
