Default Gas Mileage Guage.

So does anybody know of any type of guage the can possibly track average gas mileage. I was thinking maybe something to plug into the OBDII plug to get a reading?

I have my tripmeeter, fill up the car reset it drive till you fill up divide the mileage by the gallons filled up and you have a rough average.

Doesn't the SE have a Driver Information center that calculates instant and average fuel consumption? My Aurora and Grand Prix both have that feature.

I have a aeroforce scan gauge and it has average miles per gal. Expensive, but worth it.

thats a good excuse to upgrade to an SSEi

I use a calculator, my dic is not accurate. its usually about 2MPG high or low on a full tank.

city it reads high, highway it reads low.
