Frozen Doors
I live in Central Kentucky where we sometimes have very frigid tempatures. My 94 Bonneville must sit outside since I dont have a garage. The doors on this car freeze to the body of the car worse than any I have ever owned. I have heard that this is a common problem for the large GM cars. I have tried everything to get into this car with no luck. Does anyone know of a fix for this problem? I have been driving for over 30 years and have owned lots of cars and have always been able to unlock one with a little persuasion but not this Pontiac. Any suggestions?

Frozen Doors
I tried that last night with no luck but I'll try it again today when or if the sun comes out. Maybe it will work this time.

You have a nice looking Bonneville. What year is it? I have a 1994 model with 39,000 original miles.

Is it the door not opening, or are the locks freezing? If it'* the locks, there isn't much you can do, however some lock de-icer may work [never tried it myself]. But, if it'* the door [doors unlocked, door still not opening], then take a blow drier, and stand outside for about 10 minutes [if you have to wait longer, you are probably screwed] blowing on the handle, and the lock.. just all in that area. Straitor got his doors to unfreeze doing this, I am sure it would work for you too.
