I found this car on autotrader 23 miles from me
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...=en&cardist=23
It'* a 98 SSEi with 63k miles for $8500. Opinions? I'm going to see how much theyd trade my car for and how much theyll come off of the price.

after "price" it says "unlisted" so I couldn't say if it is too much or not. Damn low miles, thats always great. Go look at it yourself and ask lots of questions!

My advice, go in there and you tell them what YOU want and get info on pricing for both your car and the SSEi.

KBB is only $5,775 for that car. The guy said on the phone that there is a deal working on it now and if it falls through he'll call me by next friday. Hopefully it will fall through and I can really get him down on the price. I really hate working with dealers.
He said that it'* a small dealership and they usually don't take trades, but he said that he'll call a wholesaler and see what theyll do. If the deal falls through he told me to bring my car in and we can line the cars up side by side and see where to go. I'm going to try to get $5000-5500 for my car and try to get him down to $7,000 for the ssei.

Well I have the car for sale locally asking $6500 OBO.
You should be able to get 5-6k outta your car. All depends on the market that you live in. You would only get 3500-4000 if you live where I do, no demend for them....
