Either do we, YET! The CDN Govt has been taking about the "Fresh Air Act" though & might start Emision Testing soon enough. 
If the Govt does start testing my car would fail for sure since the cat is missing. 
The good side about this "Fresh Air Act" is that it will get rid of all those old Civics with blue exhaust!
