They took away my car yesterday. The body shop came and took it away, promising to either fix it or put it out of it'* misery. They tried to start it when they were here, just to see if it would. It turned over then made this horrible screeching sound, shuddered and died. They said it should only take 4 or 5 days to fix it since it is at a Pontiac dealership and they already have most of the parts. So far this is going really well, I'll know more when they call. When it comes home I'll just need to hide the keys from Shane.

Last I heard it was going to a FORD dealership.....or is it still for the back end? How'd you swing the Pontiac thing?

She probably just batted her lashes and a lawyer and they probably said "yes MA'am.. right away ma'am". That or she said she would seek the hounds of Bonnevilles on them...

Actually (how embarrassing) I did flirt my way out of a ticket once. Got stopped doing 45 in a 25. Got away with a verbal warning. Anyway, different story. Okay, my lawyer is lousy window dressing. The insurance company cut me a check and I am supposed to get it any day now The car is going to the Pontiac dealership for the damage done by the deer smashing in the hood. It is covered by my insurance company...I don't pay a cent, premium doesn't go up. Got a Grand Am for a rental (at least it'* a Pontiac) and I don't have to flirt with or sweet talk anyone. They are so nice!! I'm giddy!

Suddenly I'm hearing trashy music playing in the background (Dah, dah dah dah dum....)
