Default Factory reduction below MSRP

Hi I am looking to buy a new 2017 Yukon Denali. Unlike other GM cars I have purchased I can't figure out if the pricing deduction labeled "Factory Reduction Below MSRP" should come off the dealer invoice.

So I usually work up from Dealer Invoice (not going into holdback) in this case it is 69,279 and the car price listed on the website is 69480 including the deduction of -4260 Factory Reduction below MSRP and -500 package discount. I don't want to leave the 4260 and 500 in the dealers pocket.

Should I take the 4260 and 500 off the invoice of 69279 to get to a true invoice to dealership of 64,519?

Thanks
JB
