I went to a car show about a year and a half ago. The biggest local GM dealer was there. If you have the money, GM is selling a 350 330hp long block that comes with everything from carb, to plugs, to distributor.... I think it included the water pump as well. If I remember correctly it runs about $3500 but it'* brand new with a warranty. You couldn't build a small block for that price.

Your question is pretty vague....

We need a bit more info.

What engine do you currently have?
What transmission do you currently have?
What is your budget? ( probably the most important )
What are your plans for the car?
Small block or Big block? ( assuming small block, but you never know )
Bone stock, rebuilt, slightly modded, heavily modded?

These are all questions we need answered first.
