For what was done, it'* not unreasonable. Mainly because of all that was done.

In the future I'd suggest declining the synthetic/high mileage oils. If she is changing the oil about every 3,000-4,000 miles then regular oil and regular oil filters will work fine. Supercharged or not. These motors have good tolerances internally and aren't known to dirty up the oil overly quick or wear it down quickly either. Therefore if following the 3-4,000 changes will be adequate. Honestly I doubt a synthentic or high mileage will have any effect on the car except to lighten her purse by a few dollars.

I think the wipers will be a general no name brand, doesn't mean they are good or bad. My preference is Anco wipers. They work well, cost is reasonable and if you buy them at a parts store, the workers will install them free of charge.

Yeah, my gripe isn't about how much it cost, it was her being naive about the whole thing and trusting them with her dollars, and her being taking advantage of intentionally or not. I just wish she would have called me first. = )
