be careful what talons you pick on tho.. some of them have MAJOR claws... REAL easy on a DSM to make em WICKED fast... my buddy did a port job on a Mitsubishi 16G turbo and a AFC/boost controler combo n he could run 17-18 lbs of boost all day 21 max when he wanted to... needless to say that put him in the low 13'*/high 12'*

edit::he'* added some more lately... BUT... http://www.cardomain.com/id/ez2cyi1

SSEi'* and SSE'* already have semi-blacked out tails. We also have several who have tinted, and nobody has even gotten so much as a warning. Myself included. It doesn't cut down the amount of visible light when the lights are on.

I thought he was talking about the ones on the mitsu.... and the 2 gen motor has been known to be able to drive on 18PSI (pump gas) and up to 22PSI(stock internals, race gas) Good motor, I wanted one BAD but my dad wouldn't buy me/let me buy a foreign car....

1 Gen also came with a better turbo, could handle a lot more boost than the stock 2 gen. I just liked the looks of the 2 gen more than the 1, so thats what I wanted. I just remeber those stats, so I posted em....

All in all, my concurrence is:
-1 gen better power, turbo, internals, block
-2 gen looked a lot better IMHO and still a good machine
