Default Do i need another bonneville or 2....

so one of our famliy friends stopped by today, she is a older women that has a 1998 SSEI, well she said that i need to buy her car or she is just gonna get rid of it. the problem with it is that it may need a motor (UIM failure, dealership said so) i said sold for $500

now my friends mom came over later in the day and asked it i want to buy my friends 91 for $450.. i dont know if i want ot buy this one too... if i did i would have 1 too many Bonnies for my parents liking. should i buy it and try to sell it? nothing is wrong with the car except for a pushed in spot on the front bumper...

(yes pictures will be on the way... the 98 is a hour away in my friends shop, the other is across the street)

How many miles on the 98???

I'll take that off your hands for $500, or her hands, which ever the case maybe. I could pay you half friday and the other half next friday. Oh, and the SSEi'* don't have UIM failures

I'm not a big fan at all of the 87-91 Bonnes....something about them just rubs me the wrong way (NO OFFENSE 87-91 OWNERS!)

personally 500 is good for the 98 even with bad motor... 450 is kinda high for 91. JMO thought.

Let me know about that 98, I'd love to give her a new home....versus just unloading it to something like a Junkyard.

The DEALERSHIP said it had an UIM failure? I wouldn't be going to THAT dealership for any repairs.

I'm good with the beaten hand-me down bonnes. LOL

If you want a hand working on that, I maybe able to depending on the scheduling.
