Yea, basically, the 95 has the old body style, but with the Series II engine in the NA models.

Let'* clarify:

The 92-99 are all very similar. The last major body style was 87-91, like 89BonnevilleSE'* car. Otherwise 92-99 look like mine with some minor adjustments through the years.

Yea, but the 95 was the transition year with the powertrains. The 95 had the Series II with the old 4t60 trans. In 96, they used the 4t65.

Right. The most significant changes were around 95-96.

Ok. 95, front: The grill has a gold ring around the pontiac sign as you see on my signature, the grille has a screen on it, the spoiler(bumper) has a black strip across it and has a short opening in the bottom, the side: has ridges on SSE(i), a small breather looking thingy, black in color, and a black strip going across, SE has the same rigdes for the side panel, Bonneville is not written on the side and thats all for the side. The rear: SE has no black stripes on the taillights, flat back including bumper, Pontiac in chrome, single exhaust on one side and 2 reflectors that thin. SSE(i) taillights have strips, bumper a little round, dual exhaust reflectors are like 3 stripes in a square shape, and has ground effects. The 95 - 99 interior is the same but the radio is a little different. The 95 & 96 has a gain switch and the 97-99 has a Bose system. 95 still had the SIR air bags, the 96-present has SRS, I really don't know the difference. The 95 steering wheel is flat and has steering wheel controls that can easily sprang your thumb (my opinion) and the 96-99 has the bulky steering wheel nice and stylish, hehehe. THe cup holders are different on the doors. For the 95 the cup holders are two thin plastic pieces on the door and for the 96-99 the cup holders are built in, I guess because they have two different interior door panels. and one more, I thing that the light color grey interior was dropped for 96-99.


96-99 exterior, SE The front: The bottom bumper has a lot of openings, the grille is made different and more areodynamic, for the SSE SLE SSEi the grille is the same color as the car and the pontiac emblem is silver, of coarse the lights are together. The side, the SE has Bonneville SE on the driver and passenger side doors, the panel is rigded, and thats pretty much it, for the SSE SLE SSEi the badging is in chrome and on some cars the same color as the paint, and the side panels and ground effects are smooth and sporty. The rear SE round *** end, single exhaust, stipes on taillights and the lights go all the way across, spoiler is different than the 95 and a chrome trim on bumper. SSE< SSEi SLE has dual exhaust thats is. I hope this helps Oh I forgot the headlights are different from 92-95 ans 96-99. The 95 has the lights that you can't see the bulbs, the 96-99 has clear shields.

97 was the first year for the 4T65E transaxle. Not 96.
