Bill, how did you end up getting it on the truck? And where are the hood shots!!

We put it on 4 car dollies that I borrowed from a buddy. then hooked the winch from the truck up..pulled it. Jacked and took the back two dollies out. pulled more...then used the body of the truck to lift it off the front dolliies. Very easy when you have a professional tow guy on hand.
