I hear ya. The color spectrum is just an excuse for inattentive driving...Sure, there'* truth to it, it'* harder to see, but not that much!!

It was city driving. The posted limit is 35 and I'm pretty sure he was going about that.

I agree. My situation was simply a careless driver who admitted to looking down when it happened. Since he was coming up behind me he still should have seen my tail lights, unless he is color blind.

Thanks. The adjuster was supposed to go out today or maybe tomorrow to look at it. Keeping my fingers crossed!

had i been an "inattentive" driver" there would have been a bigger situation than there alredy had been.... i have noticed that when i had my red truck, people always knew what i was doing where i was going.. hell just since i last logged on, i ran tot he mall and back almost got hit 3 times..... and after rolling down the windo to ask what the hell there malfunction was (in some not so nice terms) everyone of them stated "they didnt see me".... perhaps thats why i beleive EVRYONE should have to go thru the graduated system (although not as extreme for those of you who were grandfathered in under the new law), not just the young drivers......
