Default Oil Pan Update!

Yep, that'* right, you guessed it! Got my oil pan today. YAY!!!! Now, i have a few problems. There is a little sludge build up in some corners, do I clean it up? it isn't the easiest thing to get to, with the baffling and all, but its possible. Now, along with that I have a few dings in it [nothing more than a small rock hitting it.. just a little dent, maybe 4 at the most. But on them, they got a little scrated [i'm guessing they got scratched the same way they got dented], and thus, there is a little surface rust. Should I sand it all down, and respray it before the install? I need to know by tonight, because I will be installing it tomorrow, and I won't be home till sunday again to work on her. My guess is she'll be running this weekend.. but unfortunatly I still need to pick up my EGR Valve Gasket at autozone, then I can fire 'er up! I can post pics of this stuff if you need 'em.

Post pics ASAP.

I'd get all sludge and debris out. And ignore the small dents and dings. Degrease the pan after install, and use a rubber undercoating on it.

But I'll reserve judgement until the pics are up
