He has power brakes, just not vacuum assisted. It'* the electro-mechanical Teves braking system that are found on 88-91 (not 100% sure on the model years).

Yep, Randy is correct, I have Electronicly assisted brakes. '87 had vacuum, but in 88-91 they had the TEVES crapola. Apparently my car has low vacuum .
