I need some pictures of a 92-95 center console (the lid)
some detailed close-ups of the hook on the lid aswell

I'm gonna try an fab something up, apparently the part the dealer sells
is a completely different than the original...

If anyone has pictures of the 96-99 or 2000+ I'd like to see thoses aswell
maybe I can find out what the part they were selling is from

I would convert the lid to the newer 96-99 style. Why you ask? Well, I am stuck with a brand new, never used, in the box, bezel that I would like to unload

This includes the latch, and cup holder. I have been told they are nicer than the older style.

Yep, yep. I would have to agree that just converting is well worth your time. I believe in the 96-99 version, the hook and where it hooks are reversed (I think, I'm trying to remember this from way back when I was a youngster and we had to get a new one) which somehow managed to be a much better design. The '94 Logan now has broke the hook soon after we got it, and we got the improved design. Years later-it'* still good.

I used some adhesive velcro when my hook broke. I hated when it would pop open every time I hit the smallest bump in the road.
