Default Club Decals and snow

How well do the BC vinyls hold up to a snow scraper? I put mine on the rear window, and I not sure if I need to worry about it.

Turn you're car on 30-40 minutes before leaving. Turn on rear defrost upon staring car. Sure it'll use a gallon of gas, but the stickers will be saved and you will be very toasty.

Not to mention the environmental impact of doing that. Not a good option IMO.
