nope, 87 def...because of the engine, steering wheel, the map pocket on the doors, the chrome ext door handles, the location of the 6 way seat control, and the fact that it has a cigarette ashtray on the back of the front drivers seat.
plus, i dont think the 89 came with those hubcaps or that exact wood pattern, that wood is lighter than later years....but not sure.

What we are seeing is an 88 Bonneville LE with the LG3 a.k.a. Vin 3 3.8 V6...
88 was a mixed year for the 3.8 and 3800... For 88 the 3800 was all new and the 3.8 LG3 was being phased out( I think it was phased out in early 88 production )
