Yeah, ummm....next time go amsoil s2k 0W-30 for 15-25k with an amsoil Ea filter or M1. Valvoline is not the "best" by any means. :P
And you can go alot cheaper on a filter. Purolator PureONE or Delco filters are just fine. As far as larger capacity, anytime you need to look up a code in store, look for anything with a LT1 350 in it. Like a 94-96 Impy SS. Those use the bigger filters that are compatible with the 3800. Thats off memory, someone catch me if I was terribly wrong on that.

Also with the Seriess 2000 0w-30 oil it'* 17,500 miles/1 year severe service and 35,000 miles/ 1 yr for normal service.
Just needed to correct that error

Does advance even sell "amsoil"? And I dont care how good the oil is, my car will never go more than 3000 miles without a change. I just know that the valvoline oil I use costs alot of money so it has to convey some amount of quality to the product. I'm not saying the most expensive is always best but it still matters to an extent. And I just know mobil 1 filters are good so I stick with what i know.

As for the oil quality...Valvoline'* alright, but there'* better. You can still change your oil every 3000 miles if you're stuck in that rhetoric...It'* your money...
But Going this route and changine at a minimum of 15k will save you $$ in the end...That'* what I'm out to save....and run is the high quality stuff, and save money on the long term.
Sure Valvoline'* not on this chart, but here'* a comparison of some other oils:
