It Truly is. And I watched it become the beast it is. And as I watched my friend do this over the course of two years, it sobered me on what I was doing to my GXP. When is enough, enough.... And still have a car with function other than to sit at a car show, never carrying anything. This became a "trailered car". My friend Lon was the GM at a nearby Kohls Dept. Store. He transfered to Arizona when he had the chance, and the car was sold to someone living in Hawaii for much less then he put into it.

There does come a point where the hobby becomes an investment, then the investment becomes an obsession and then the obsession turns into a negative return on your investment. Seen this in cars as well as home. If your okay knowing that you'll never get out what you put into it, then there should be no surprises.
