I wasnt sure what forum to put this in but i was wondering if an person had an wrecked car forsale for like $5000 and an person gave him an cashiers check for payment...if the car is already titled to that person who gave him the check but it was a bad check is the person car it was at first be out of a car and the money? And sense the car is already titled to the new person is there anything he could do about it it?

Person A sells a car for 5000 to person B, Person B registers the "wrecked car" and the check person B gave to person A is bad. (I got this so far?)
