Default Car Cover Fit

I just bought a Car Cover.. and it said the Large was for 82-99 Bonnevilles.. so I got the Large. I put it on tonight, and it'* tight, but it fits, but it'* not very long on the sides. Like the SSE trim shows through.. just the difference between LE/SE and SSE trim. A few inches, that'* all. Is that normal? I have never had a car cover, so I don't know how well this is supposed to fit. I can always exchange it for an Extra Large.. but I thought i'd check to see if it'* normal, first.

A snug fit is typical. The cover I have for my 79 is snug, but fits well. I like the snug fit because it doesn't fly off in the wind! Granted you'll use some bungees, but a snug fit is ideal.

It'* worse than I thought. The daylight brought out the truth. It'* a little higher than I thought. It'* like a short skirt, that is showing part of the ***. It doesn't even cover the rear bumper, but it'* decent for the rest of the car. I looked at some of the other cars and their sizes, and a Camaro is XL.. there is NO way that my Bonneville, is smaller than a Camaro.. so hopefully in a few days I can convince my mom to go back to Costco, and get an XL.
