Right now I'm thinking it'* not a bearing, but still could be. At idle I had no oil pressure, it should have been tapping like mad, but it wasn't. And driving had about 20 psi. I changed the oil for 10w30 and I had about 20psi at idle and about 40psi driving. I'm really hoping it'* a bad pressure sensor.

It'* the loss of oil pressure that had me thinking a bearing. No oil pressure, means the lifters don't fill up. So far my plan to to pull the oil filter adapter and mod the oil bypass valve. That will up the pressure a bit. I read some place else about someone that did a top build, and a while later he lost oil pressure. Did the bypass valve mod and everything was fine again. I have high hopes for that. I'll take pictuers and do a write up on it.
If your lifters were not filling up, you would know it! Talk about a musical symphony with 12 push rods clacking.
If you can, pull the front valve cover, start it and see if the rockers are getting wet. Blip the throttle while watching the #5 rockers, if it squirts, you got pressure!

There is still oil flowing through the motor and the lifters would typically still fill. I've yet to hear lifters not getting enough oil and have seen a lot of cars with bad bearings and zero pressure.
I pm'd the info about he oil pressure mod. Stick to that info and do not stray from it at all. OP is too important to a motor to do anything but add that one washer, use the right gasket and that'* it.
