Default ELC Swap Queston, FE2 or F41

Looking to add all I can from my 98 SSEi donor car, I am wondering if it would be worth it to add ELC to it. I know about the extra wiring and sensors, but I don’t know if it would be worth it on a 91 SE. Any advice is welcome.

Disclaimer : this applies to bonnevilles Not other H bodes

ELC was NEVER found on any other suspension other than a FE2

IF your gonna All ELC you MUST do a Full FE2 Swap as well....and im not 100% sure that the 98 Springs will Fit your car in the front....the older gen guys need to chime in on that fact

the FE2 was desinged to have the ELC supporting the rear, The FE1 and the F41 did not

also the placement of the Air compressor and ALOT of other things changed between your year and 98. Something to keep in mind

I would be doing this at the same time as my L67 swap, so the frount is easy.

I would suggest checking your RPO codes. You can also install the ELC shocks without all the auto controls. You can manually fill them. jr's3800 does this on his 95.

If you have F41 than maybe look for a Park Ave Ultra or LSS donar car with F41 and ELC.
